Our virtual classes are accessible to as many time zones as possible, making it easy to integrate practice into your schedule, wherever you may be.

We offer both group classes, welcoming all levels, and private 1:1 classes, designed to meet your unique body, abilities, and goals.

We offer sliding scale for our group classes, in the spirit of accessibility, trusting you to pay according to your affordability. Our virtual 1:1 classes are also more affordable than you might expect. We prioritize making yoga accessible, ensuring that dedicated practitioners can receive personalized instruction without financial barriers.

For those based in the Lower Mainland, we offer private 1:1 yoga classes that follow yoga’s traditional model, meeting you in a space that’s most convenient to you —— whether at your home or in nature. This allows for a truly personal experience, tailored to your pace and preferences.

We recognize that personalized private classes can seem financially intimidating. However, we prioritize accessibility to yoga over creating financial barriers. We are committed to working with you to make yoga achievable, regardless of your budget. We encourage you to reach out and share your financial considerations, and we will do our best to create a yoga experience that fits your means. Our corporate yoga classes are mindfully designed to help employees manage stress, boost focus, and ease the strains of long hours at a desk. Available both online and on-site throughout the Lower Mainland, as well as at corporate retreats, these sessions are flexible in duration, ensuring they meet the needs of every team.
